Sample Itinerary

(Note that the exact route changes each week depending on the weather, crew preferences and any special events that are happening.)

Monday - Gustavia, St Barth

We'll get an early start departing for St Barth, to arrive in Gustavia. We'll be able to explore this gorgeous town on land, and then have dinner ashore.

During our sail, practice your navigation skills by identifying the landmarks of St. Barth as we approach. Once in Gustavia, stroll along Rue de la République for luxury shopping or climb to the Fort Karl viewpoint for panoramic harbor vistas before enjoying French-Caribbean fusion cuisine at one of the waterfront restaurants.

Tuesday - Colombier Bay

We'll head out and set sail north up to Colombier Bay. We can spend the afternoon snorkeling and enjoying some beach time and wildlife observation On the evening we'll enjoy a quiet anchorage in Colombier Bay

Take the hiking trail from the anchorage to the secluded northern beach that's only accessible by boat or foot. While snorkeling, follow the rocky outcroppings on the bay's western side where sea turtles and colorful reef fish are frequently spotted. As sunset approaches, prepare sundowners on deck to toast the spectacular Caribbean colors.

Wednesday - Ile Fourchue

If conditions permit, we can spend a night at Ile Fourchue, which usually makes the following day a downwind sail.

Hike to the island's highest point in the morning for breathtaking 360-degree views of surrounding islands. The uninhabited island offers exceptional snorkeling along its protected reef system - look for eagle rays and schools of blue tang. Practice your night navigation skills by identifying stars and constellations from this dark-sky location.

Thursday - Grand Case

One of the longest sails of the week, we'll depart early back to St Martin. On the afternoon, we'll arrive at Grand Case In the evening we'll have dinner in Grand Case, known for its excellent restaurants

Enjoy a proper blue-water sailing experience during this longer crossing, taking turns at the helm to practice your skills. We may stop for a swim at Tintamarre Island if time permits. Upon arrival at Grand Case, walk the charming main street to browse local art galleries and craft shops. For dinner, choose between upscale French restaurants or authentic local BBQ at the famous lolos (open-air restaurants) where you can sample fresh grilled lobster.

Friday - Return to Anse Marcel

Our last full day on the water, we will return to Anse Marcel Marina to have a farewell dinner

Take a final morning swim before heading back. Try to fit in a final swim stop. Upon return, organize a sunset cocktail session on deck to toast to a successful voyage before heading to La Terrasse restaurant at the marina for a celebratory farewell dinner featuring fresh seafood.

Saturday - Base Marina

Final breakfast at the marina café before departure. Consider picking up locally-made souvenirs from the marina shop to remember your Caribbean sailing adventure.
